Fully Auto Auger Pouch Packing Machine
A fully auto auger pouch packing machine is an automated system that uses an augar screw to precisely fill and seal pouches with powder, granules, and other dry products. It performs the entire process from forming the pouch from a roll of film to filling it with a set weight and sealing it securely. These machines are common in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries for products like flour, spices, and coffee powder.
How it works
- Film feeding: The machine unwinds a roll of heat-sealable laminated film.
- Pouch forming: A former shapes the film into a tube or a pillow-style pouch.
- Filling: The auger screw rotates to precisely measure and dispense the pre-determined amount of powder from a hopper into the open pouch.
- Sealing: The pouch is sealed, often using pneumatic or servo-driven systems, to create a leak-proof closure.
- Cutting: The machine then cuts the sealed pouch from the roll.
- Optional features: Advanced models can include features like nitrogen flushing for better shelf life, batch coding, and a touch-screen HMI for easy operation.
Key features
- Automatic operation: Performs all steps of pouch making, filling, and sealing in a single continuous process.
- High precision: The auger system provides high accuracy for weight and fill consistency.
- Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of powders, from fine to free-flowing products like flour, coffee, and chemicals.
- Durable and hygienic: Often constructed with stainless steel contact parts for hygiene and durability.
- Adjustable: Fill quantity and pouch dimensions are typically adjustable to meet different packaging needs.
- User-friendly: Advanced machines use PLC controllers and touch screens for easier operation and control.
