Single / Double Liquid Filling
A single liquid filling machine fills one container at a time, while a double liquid filling machine uses two filling heads to fill two containers simultaneously, which increases production speed. Both types are used in various industries to accurately and efficiently fill liquids like beverages, oils, and pharmaceuticals into containers.
Single Liquid Filling Machine
- Description: A single-head machine fills one container at a time. It's a common choice for lower-volume production or for filling smaller batches.
- Process: A single nozzle dispenses the liquid into a single container before the machine moves to the next step, such as capping or the next filling cycle.
- Use: Suitable for small-scale operations or when high precision is needed for a specific product that doesn't require high speed.
Double Liquid Filling Machine
- Description: A double-head (or double-nozzle) machine features two filling heads that can fill two containers at the same time, doubling the output of a single-head machine.
- Process: Two containers are filled simultaneously, often on a conveyor belt, making it more efficient for high-volume production. The process can be automated for consistent, high-speed operation.
- Use: Ideal for small to medium-scale operations where production speed is a priority. It's widely used in industries like food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
- Variations: Some double-head machines can be configured for specialized tasks, such as filling two different liquids at the same time in a two-phase product.
