Continuous Induction Sealing 20-80mm

A continuous induction sealer for 20-80mm cap sizes is a machine that uses electromagnetic induction to apply a hermetic, tamper-evident seal to non-metal containers like plastic or glass bottles. This technology heats an aluminum foil liner within the cap, fusing it to the container's opening without direct contact or flame to ensure leak-proof, moisture-proof, and freshness-preserving seals for high-volume production. It is widely used across various industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals.

How it works

  • Electromagnetic induction: The machine generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field that creates eddy currents in the aluminum foil liner inside the cap.
  • Fusing the seal: These currents generate heat, instantly melting the polymer layer on the foil, which then bonds to the container's opening to create a tight seal.
  • Non-contact process: The heating occurs without any physical contact with the bottle, and no flame is used.

Key features and benefits

  • Sealing range: Accommodates a wide range of cap diameters from 20mm to 80mm.
  • Continuous operation: Designed for high-volume production lines, with consistent and efficient sealing speeds.
  • Versatility: Seals a variety of non-metal containers, including plastic and glass, but not metal containers.
  • Enhanced product integrity: Provides a tamper-evident and leak-proof barrier that prevents contamination, oxidation, and leakage.
  • Extended shelf life: Helps preserve the freshness, aroma, and quality of products.
  • Industrial applications: Widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, and cosmetic industries.

How to operate

  1. Prepare the machine: Plug in the power, and if it’s an automated model, set up the conveyor belt. For smaller, portable units, just plug it in.
  2. Place the cap: Screw the cap containing the induction seal liner tightly onto the container.
  3. Adjust settings: Adjust the machine’s conveyor speed and sealing time to the recommended settings (test this to ensure a proper seal).
  4. Start sealing: Feed the containers through the machine. The machine will automatically seal them as they pass.
  5. Safety: Always ensure the machine is on a stable surface and follow all safety guidelines, as metal containers are not recommended.
