• Gas flushing: Some models offer a gas flushing function, which can be added by requesting a "Q" model, to further protect products like food by replacing the vacuumed air with an inert gas like nitrogen.
• Automatic cycle: The machines complete the process from vacuuming, sealing, printing (date/code), cooling, and exhausting the air automatically.
• Construction: They are typically built with a stainless steel body for durability. 

Model and capacity

• DZ 400: A common model with a sealing length of 400mm, often available in both single and double-chamber versions.
• DZ 500: Another model, with a typical sealing length of 500mm.
• Double chamber: Double-chamber models exist (e.g., DZ400-2S) that increase efficiency by allowing one chamber to be loaded while the other is in the sealing cycle.
