Manual Induction Sealer 20-100mm

A manual induction sealer for 20-100mm caps is a portable, handheld device that uses electromagnetic induction to create a hermetic, tamper-evident seal on non-metal containers like glass or plastic bottles. It works by passing the sealing head over a bottle with an inner foil liner, which generates heat to melt the liner and bond it to the bottle's rim, protecting the contents from humidity, leaks, and tampering. These sealers are commonly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and chemicals, and their sealing diameter can be adjusted from 20mm to 100mm to fit various container sizes.

How it works

  • The device uses electromagnetic induction to create a magnetic field.
  • When the sealing head is placed over the cap, the field heats the aluminum foil liner inside the cap.
  • The heat melts the polymer coating on the liner, causing it to bond to the lip of the container.
  • This process creates a secure, airtight, and tamper-evident seal.
